1. Overview

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Rivo AI ("Company", "we", "us") and the applicant affiliate ("Affiliate", "you"). By applying to or participating in the Rivo AI Creator/Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Enrollment

To join the Program, you must submit an accurate application, provide real and complete identity and contact information, and not use fake names, aliases, or misleading information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. How the Program Works

• Once approved, you receive a unique referral code and/or tracking link.
• You may promote Rivo AI on your social platforms, website, or other media.
• Users who download the app and enter your referral code will be attributed to you.

• Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD.
• Payment method: Payoneer.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from fraud, abuse, or violation of this Agreement.
• All tracking and commission calculations are determined through our internal dashboard system.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for your content and marketing activities.

You agree:

• Not to make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Rivo AI.
• Not to impersonate Rivo AI or represent yourself as the company.
• Not to use spam, bots, cookie stuffing, fake accounts, or artificial traffic.
• Not to run brand keyword ads (e.g., "Rivo AI") without written permission.
• To comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies.
• To disclose affiliate relationships when required (#ad, #affiliate, etc.).

7. Prohibited Content

You may not promote Rivo AI using content that is:

• Illegal
• Violent or hateful
• Sexually explicit involving minors
• Fraudulent or deceptive
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property
• Spam-based or automated traffic

We reserve the right to remove affiliates promoting in ways that damage the brand.

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use:

• Our logo
• Brand name
• Marketing materials

You may not modify or create derivative works without permission. All rights remain property of Rivo AI.

9. Term & Termination

This Agreement begins upon approval and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time.

Upon termination:

• You must remove all referral links and brand assets.
• Valid unpaid commissions above the threshold will be paid.
• Fraudulent or disputed commissions may be withheld.

10. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose:

• Commission structure details
• Internal metrics
• Business strategy
• Non-public information

11. Fraud & Abuse

Strictly prohibited:

• Fake installs
• Self-referrals for abuse
• Incentivized installs without permission
• Bot traffic
• Cookie stuffing
• Artificial purchase generation

We determine fraud at our reasonable discretion. Fraud may result in immediate termination, commission reversal, and permanent removal from the Program.

12. Disclaimer

The Program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific earnings, conversion rates, or user retention levels. Your earnings depend on your audience and marketing performance.

13. Limitation of Liability

Rivo AI will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, platform outages, or tracking interruptions. Total liability will not exceed commissions paid to you in the prior six (6) months.

14. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.
